Kanye vs. Sway

Kanye West has been all over the airwaves lately. With each stop on his Yeezus Tour, West has stopped by local radio giving in-depth and passionate interviews about his music and hunger to do more in the fashion world. He touched on all of those things — and more — during his interview with MTV News' Sway Calloway on Tuesday (November 26). But things got a lot more heated.

The "Sway in the Morning" interview, broadcast live on SiriusXM's Shade 45, started off with 'Ye talking about his creative aspirations in both music and fashion. But after Sway asked about Yeezy's need for corporate support, things took a sudden turn.

"Why don't you empower yourself and don't need them and do it yourself?" the "RapFix Live" host asked.

"How Sway?" Kanye barked. "You ain't got the answers, man; you ain't got the answers. I've been doing this more than you; you ain't got the answers."

Although Sway urged Kanye to chill out and relax, West refused saying, "Because you trying to give me advice on somethin' - you ain't got the answers. You ain't spend $13 million of your own money trying to empower yourself."

Eventually, cooler heads prevailed as both Sway and West expressed their love and admiration for each other. "I love you, man. I'm sorry," Kanye said apologetically. "This is exactly what happened at the French Revolution. I'm sure there were some arguments with [abolitionist] Harriet Tubman and other people talking about let's go this way, let's go that way."

Will.i.am’s "Feelin' Myself" Video

will.i.am is one of the most famous music makers on the planet. But when you invite Miley Cyrus to your party, well, you have to expect that she's going to pull some, if not all, of the attention away from you when she's on camera rapping about "popping molly."

That's exactly the case in the just-dropped video for will's single "Feelin' Myself," which appears on the new deluxe edition of the Black Eyed Peas mastermind's solo album, '#willpower.'

The futuristic clip, which also features Wiz Khalifa and French Montana, is the latest example of Cyrus' budding MC skills, which she shows off in the video, along with her signature vocals on the song's hook.

Lorde on Drake and Nicki Minaj

17-year-old, New Zealand born songstress, Lorde, has given her opinion on high-rolling rappers in a candid chat with Interview Magazine.

The “Royals” singer spoke about the beginning stages of making her ‘Love Club EP,’ and commented on the music scene, mentioning the music of Nicki Minaj and Drake. ”The middle of last year I started listening to a lot of rap, like Nicki Minaj and Drake, as well as pop singers like Lana Del Rey,” says Lorde to Interview Magazine. “They all sing about such opulence, stuff that just didn’t relate to me - or anyone that I knew. I began thinking, ‘How are we listening to this? It’s completely irrelevant.’ I basically just wrote what we were all thinking.”

Do you agree with her?

'Ye gushes over Kim.

During an interview with Hot 97's Angie Martinez, Yeezy dished: "I loved her from the first day I saw her, which I said on “Bound,” I don't remember when that was.

"I remember seeing pictures of her and Paris Hilton in Australia and I came to Don C. and I was like, 'Man, have you ever seen Kim Kardashian?"

Martinez then probed: "You knew she was the one?" to which Kanye replied: "Oh yeah, 100 percent. I had to work for it."

He continued: "Our love story's a love story for the ages. I felt like when we first got together, it was like a Romeo and Juliet kinda thing where it's like she's a reality star and I'm a rapper, and people talking about how our brands connect and what doesn't fit and I'm just so tired of the conversation of brands.

"Why don't we start the conversation with love? Why don't we start the conversation with God? Why don't we start this conversation with family, instead? It's not about branding at a certain point."

West went on to gush: "OK, ladies and gentlemen - all barber shops, fashion designers, architects, corner stores, Wall Street, all over the world - y'all acting like this ain't the most beautiful woman of all time!"

As Kimmy smiled on in the background, the rapper concluded: "I'm talkin' like arguably of human existence - the top 10 of human existence. I don't give a f**k what type of jacket she got on."
